Model 530 Bulk Bag (FIBC) Filler
Heavy-duty, simple, and economical semi-automatic filling and weighing systems. Ideal for packaging dry granular, flaked, or powdered materials in bulk bags. Filling process is completed while the operator remaining in one position, increasing productivity while saving time and money. An automatic pallet dispenser can also be added to the system to eliminate manual pallet handling and possible operator injury.

- Weight Range 1,000-4,400 lb (454-2,000 KG) bulk bags (FIBC)
- Fill Rate: Up to 25 (depending on selected options, product characteristics, and bag sizing)
- Bag types: lined and unlined poly woven bulk bags
- Typical scale weight accuracy +/- .25-.5% or better of target weight
- Control air 80 PSI at 1 CFM per bag fill cycle
- Electrical requirements – 220 volt, 380 volt, 440 volt or 575 volt / 3 phase / 60 cycle
- Recommended dust collection – 400 CFM minimum
