High-Speed Belt-Fed Open Mouth Bag Filler

We specifically engineered Model NWB-BF to handle sticky or large particle materials that may bind or compact.  And to do so at rapid rates of output while maintaining accurate weights.  This level of production requires managing dosing and filling simultaneously.  To keep material out of the air column a bag clamp provides a secure, dust-tight grip.  Feeding is done by a special belt carrying a measured stream of product into the pre-weigh hopper.  It’s held there until a signal releases it, filling the bag instantaneously.  A scale with a digital display keeps bag weights within tolerances.  Lastly, the front and rear hinged doors come with quick release latches for fast and easy cleaning and maintenance.
