The Model GWB-BF Belt-Fed Open Mouth Bag Filler has been specially engineered for sticky or large particle materials that may bind or compact during packaging.  A dust tight bag filling clamp securely grips bag tops to prevent dusting during the bag filling cycle.  It utilizes a specially designed belt feeder to produce a controlled, metered stream of material and to convey it through a scale into the bag.  A drip gate between the belt feeder and scale creates a hard material stop between fills for accurate bag weights and leak prevention.  Front and rear hinged doors with quick release latches make access for cleaning and maintenance fast and easy.  A pneumatic dust tight clamp securely grips the top of each bag at the fill spout for mess-free loading.
